Twenty years as the safe pair of hands. Now what?
What you've been waiting to say... and feel out loud.

"I've Had Enough. I Am Enough. I Have Enough."

Three sentences most of us were never given permission to say, let alone feel.

Twenty years of being the safe pair of hands. Six months to decide what those hands do next.

Six monthly online sessions for experienced professional women.

Starting January 2027.

Online, so you can join from wherever you are.

Structured thinking. Real exercises. Speaking openly, getting deeper than a simple worksheet or a slide deck.

Work, home, or both, whatever needs your attention is what belongs in the room, even if that changes each month.

“Intimate format and very accessible set up.

Deceptively simple, as I feel I made quite a few profound realisations about my 'permissions'.

I'm a big fan of simple concepts that lead to big results!”

— Lee, Permission Granted pilot attendee

Is This You?

If you've spent years being the one everyone else could rely on, you'll know the feeling.

Maybe you've noticed a gap between what you're paid for and what genuinely absorbs you.

Maybe you're carrying more than your fair share, and you're tired of pretending otherwise.

These group sessions are for women who look like they've made it, whether at home or in their career, but find themselves at a new crossroads.

You don't need everything in common with the woman sitting next to you.

You just need to recognise yourself in what you've just read.

This starts with who you want to be, not what you think you should do next.

Get clear on that, and the doing gets so much easier.

The Six Months

Month 1 — Permission to Exhale (January tbc)

Naming what you've had enough of, and what you want more of instead.

Month 2 — Letting Go of the Weeds (February tbc)

Mapping where you are now, across your whole life, and choosing what's actually worth pursuing.

Month 3 — Your Judge's Verdict (March tbc)

Overcoming the inner critic that's been running the show since childhood.

Month 4 — The Invisible Load (April tbc)

Identifying the obligations, expectations, and "shoulds" that aren't yours alone, to lighten what you can.

Perfect as you prepare for the holidays.

Month 5 — Bounce Forward (May tbc)

Gathering the hard-earned proof of what you've already survived and thrived through.

An evidence-based way to strengthen your reserves.

Month 6 — On Your Own Terms (June tbc)

Reflecting on the past six months, and naming what you're taking away.

“Structured thinking, guided discussion, supportive, thoughtful input from expert host and intelligent, empathetic peers!

Hard not to feel the benefit of that!”

— Katrina, Permission Granted pilot attendee

.Details

Six monthly sessions, online, on weekday evenings (UK time).

Dates and times go first to newsletter subscribers, and you get a say.

E-mail suzanne@doylemorris.com with the weeknight that suits you best, and the most popular evening wins!

Group size limited to 15, with a minimum of 7–8, so there's room for real range of perspective.

If one or two dates clash with your life, it's still worth signing up.

After all, sessions will be recorded just for attendees.

Plus, the private group WhatsApp thread and the individual coaching option both help you stay connected to what you missed.

Between sessions, there'll be homework.

Sometimes I'll set it, sometimes you'll want to set it yourself... and either way, you'll be reporting back at the next one.

That accountability is often what turns an insight into an actual change.

Each group also gets its own private WhatsApp thread, with me in it too, for celebrating wins and sharing reflections between sessions.

"Great exercises, thought-provoking, led to lots of insights, liked the number of attendees,

with a relaxed ambiance, and engaging host plus cake!"

- Mhairi, Permission Granted pilot attendee

One to One Coaching

If you think you would benefit from additional one to one coaching while being a member of the group, there is a special package price for dedicated coaching sessions with me.

This is where real depth and personalisation can happen.

One session rarely does it.

The value builds between sessions, when you try something, notice what happens, and bring it back.

Alongside the group sessions, add six one-to-one coaching sessions with me: one before the programme begins, four spread through it, and one after, so you carry the promises you make to yourself forward.

Book early, and your first one-to-one session could actually happen before Christmas!

These individual sessions are held online, during the day, at a time to suit you.

'Really enjoyed this, make me think of things I hadn't been aware of.'

These workshops will be led by me, Dr Suzanne Doyle-Morris.

I've spent the last 25 years helping professional women reach the most senior positions, with their integrity fully intact.

I also have over 3500 hours of one to one coaching with clients.

It was earned as part of my 'Master Certified Coach' qualification in 2021, a credential held by less than 4% of coaches who are members of the International Coach Federation.

Plus I've spent 20 years leading interactive career development workshops in corporate settings.

And finally, I've also written three books on topics valued by my clients:

'Beyond the Boys Club: Strategies for Achieving Career Success as a Woman Working in a Male-Dominated Field'

'Female Breadwinners: How they Make Relationships Work and Why they are the Future of the Modern Workplace'

'The Con Job: Getting Ahead for Competence in a World Obsessed with Confidence'.

For me, 'permission granted' means a room of experienced women who know exactly what it's like to be the one everyone relies on, and who want to decide, together, and for themselves individually, what comes next.

What's the 'permission' you'd like to give yourself?
